Works to tree protected by a TPO. (T3) Pear - This is a very mature tree situated in the front garden. It has been reduced approximately 2-3 year ago. Proposing to reduce new growth back to old reduction points, up to 1.5m. This is to manage size of tree over public footpath and against front of building. and also to prevent any major limbs becoming too heavy and failing. (T1) Birch - Height of tree has been reduced poorly in the last couple of years, leaving several dead stubs. (T2) Willow - This has been managed as a pollard. Proposing to repollard back to old reduction points, removing approximately 3m of growth. This is to manage size of tree and prevent failure of branches. (Works to T3 Pear will be considered separately under tree works application ref. HGY/2026/1877, as this tree is protected by a TPO)
