T1 Weeping Crab-Apple in front garden - remove. A horticulturalist has assessed the tree and found it to be in poor health, citing: 1. Canker: Fungal infection affecting the branches. 2. Fungal Infection at Base: A second fungal issue spreading at the base of the trunk. 3. Mealybug Infestation: Evidence of significant insect damage. We propose to replace the tree with a Rowan tree (Sorbus aucuparia), a native species known for its suitability in similar settings.
