Proposal

prune apple tree - centre of the back garden where it overhangs the neighbour's garden (113 Harbord St) at their request. They have requested that the branches of the tree overhanging their garden are cut back considerably. We will not prune the tree within the boundary of 111 Harbord St.

Felling of a mature, dead Sycamore tree (T21) located on Land to the Rear of 70 North End Road, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/23/7/70. Following a recent inspection of the highway it has been noted that the tree is dead, the crown of which has the potential to fall onto the surrounding highway network managed by TfL. To mitigate this it is intended to remove all crown material and leave as a standing monolith. Works to reduce risk of failure and damage to the highway and its users.
