Both rear garden: T1 Cherry (x1) Reduce crown by 3m all round. Reduce the central stem over the garden by 2.5-3m. Reason: To maintain the tree at a smaller size. To reduce how much the crown overhangs the lawn. T2 Cherry (x1) Reduce the branches by 2.5m back to boundary (back to previous points of reduction from approximately 5-6 years ago).Reason: Over hanging branches from tree in the neighbours at no. 118 Harbord Street.

Following a recent inspection of the highway it has been noted that the tree is dead, the crown of which has the potential to fall onto the surrounding highway network managed by TfL. To mitigate this it is intended to remove all crown material and leave as a standing monolith. Works to reduce risk of failure and damage to the highway and its users.
