Proposal
Erection of a front and rear roof extension to replace existing, involving an increase in the roof height and alterations to the pitch to match those of adjoining properties at No.s 83 and 87 Black Lion Lane, and including the installation of a rooflight within the flat roof; erection of a single storey ground floor rear extension, to the side of the existing back addition, including the installation of French doors to the rear elevation; replacement of single glazed sliding sash windows with double glazed sliding sash windows to match originals; and internal alterations to include the installation of new electrics and plumbing to replace existing throughout; at ground floor level infilling the opening between the front room and the rear room and thus returning the area to the original 2no. room layout, and rebuilding the wall between the corridor and the rear room to return this to its original layout; at second floor level infilling the existing opening into the bathroom area and create a new opening from the bedroom into the bathroom area, remodel the existing bathroom and cupboard area into a new master bathroom and wardrobe area; and at third floor level the incorporation of 2no. new bedrooms and a bathroom into the newly modelled 3rd floor, and installation of a new staircase to the third floor more in line with the existing staircase.
