Proposal
The tree is situated next to the main road Rydon Lane, the branches are bare with evidence of some leaves which started to grow and have since died. There is also evidence of stress on the main trunk. A local expert has visited and confirmed the tree is dead. Due to the risks to drivers on the main road if the tree falls, with a serious risk of loss of life due to the nature of the main road and the speed cars travel at we wish to carry out prompt removal of the tree. I have not added a sketch due to the tree being on its own, i have attached photos taken today 6th June 2023, the tree should now be in full bloom, as you can see there is evidence of a few leaves which have since died. Due to the tree dying of natural causes, i have not put forward a proposal for more trees, we had no

14 Rydon Lane Exeter EX2 7AW
Large Holm Oak (T1) on the boundary between 14 Rydon Lane and 12A Rydon Lane. On advice from our tree surgeon, we are asking for permission to reduce the size of the crown by 3m. We are requesting that the large lateral branch on road side to main stem, which crosses phone wires, cycle path and road, be removed. This tree drops debris onto cycle path, which could cause an accident to cyclists alongside a very busy and fast road. The large lateral branch is encroaching on phone wires which could cause damage during moderate to severe weather.

19 Falkland Close Exeter EX4 5EZ
Oak tree on no mans land embankment which over looks garden of 18 Falkland Close, Exeter, EX4 5EZ. It has a large branch overhanging our garden. Tree surgeon Mitchell Tree Surgery has visited site and advised it needs to be removed. He says it is a large overhanging heavy limb which could cause considerable damage. Last year a large branch from a neighbouring oak next to It came down in a storm and caused damage. Our neighbours in number 18 and ourselves are concerned about this particular branch we wish to report to be removed. The tree itself has grown to 60 foot plus range and we all feel our houses are at risk. Sketch plan attached
