The works will reduce the risk of branch contact with structures, improve access for ongoing maintenance, and ensure suitable separation between the tree canopies and the built environment. The limb's removal will reduce the likelihood of structural damage to the boundary feature and constitutes appropriate arboricultural management ,The works will have a negligible impact on the overall appearance, health, and amenity value of the tree.
