  Tree Preservation Order - EL:97/06 - T1 - Holly - Fell - The Holly is a poor-quality specimen with limited amenity value. In addition, felling the tree will improve natural light levels to the garden and the property, enhancing the usability and enjoyment of these areas. The removal of this specimen is not expected to have a significant adverse impact on the overall character or amenity of the site. T2 - Sycamore - remove juvenile stem and reduce remainder by 3m to leave finished height of 7m and finished spread of 3m. Again the work will improve light levels reaching the garden and the property, which are currently significantly affected by the size and spread of the tree. Removing the juvenile stem and carrying out a sympathetic crown reduction will help maintain the tree at a more appropriate size for its location while retaining its overall health, form, and amenity value.
