Proposal

Application for T1 Bay Tree adjacent to house. Trim back to previous, maintain shape and form; T2 (TPO) Cedar Tree in centre of lawn. Remove deadwood (above 4cm in diameter) throughout the crown. Remove hanging and snapped branches. Reduce low southern crown by approximately 1.5-2m to reduce tip weight to prevent future failure. Reduce low western crown to reduce tip weight and give clearance from house whilst retaining branches; T3 Holly behind garage. Give adequate clearance from garage roof, reduce longer protruding branches; T4 Beech tree in neighbours garden (2 The Hollies), reduce northern low crown by approximately 1.5-2m to allow holly to establish correctly; T5 Mature conifer in neighbours garden (2 The Hollies) on rear boundary. Reduce northern crown back to boundary retaining growth where possible; T6 Mature horse chestnut on rear boundary. Reduce top by approximately 2-2.5m to rebalance crown; G7 (TPO) Group (2) of mature pines adjacent to drive and road. Remove major deadwood (above 4cm in diameter) throughout the crown. Remove failed dying branch on southern tree. Reduce lowest limb by approximately 1.5-2m on northern most tree to prevent future failure of the limb; G8 (TPO) Group (3) larch trees adjacent to T1. Dismantle smallest declining stem to near ground level subject to Tree Preservation Order No.6 1973 and No.12 1995
