1no. Fir Tree (T1) – Crown lift by reducing the lowest ring of branches by up to 1.5m, with all pruning cuts made back to suitable natural growth points to maintain a balanced and natural crown form. The lowest branches are encroaching towards the neighbouring property. Works will provide increased clearance from the adjacent structure while retaining the branches and preserving the overall character of the tree. Reduction of the lower limbs will also help to improve the balance and symmetry of the lower crown. Works are limited in scope and will not adversely affect the tree's health, structural integrity, or amenity value.
