To reduce risk of failure of new growth. 1Group Ash (G5) - Prune back from neighbouring property by 1-2m to prevent tree encroaching further into garden and reduce weight of branches over garden. 1Group Unspecified (G6) - Crown lift all species along top carpark to 3-4m depending on suitable pruning points to reduce risk of damage to cars/trees.
