Tree has been previously reduced, and this work will return it to earlier pruning points to maintain good form and structure. Oak tree is in the boundary of 9 Common Close but the majority of the oak tree is hanging over into the garden of 4 Common Gardens. It is impacting on the bungalow boundary.
