INVALID AS TREE IS NOT SUBJECT TO A TPO. 1no. Sorbus - Reduce height by 3-4 meters and 1-2 meters reduced width. The trees have grown quite a bit, almost over the street light. Want to trim and tidy up the top of the tree to make it look nice.
