Planning application
13 PEVERELLS ROAD, CHANDLER'S FORD, EASTLEIGH, SO53 2AR
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
1no. Oak (T1) - Crown raise over the property & adjoining property (No. 15) up to approximately 4m from the ground by removing secondary & tertiary limbs, at appropriate points. Selective reduction over the property, no 15 & to the rear by up to 1.5m, to suitable growth points. Restricting cut diameter to 50mm retaining as much photosynthetic area as possible. To give adequate clearance from properties, reduce chance of failure & damage to properties, giving longevity to the tree in it's natural form.

30 RANDALL ROAD, CHANDLER'S FORD, EASTLEIGH, SO53 5AL
1no. Silver Birch (T1) - Fell to ground level due to poor physiological state of the tree which has been occurring over the last four years. There is no reasonable reduction of the crown possible that would prolong the life of the tree as tree is unlikely to respond well to pruning. Replant with another Birch.
