1 no. Field Maple (T1)- Fell to ground level. The tree is exhibiting symptoms of low vitality and is heavily suppressed by the adjacent Oak. This suppression has significantly inhibited its ability to develop a good structural form, and retention is therefore not recommended.

1no. Cherry (T1) - Reduce over extending limbs on south side by 2m back to suitable growth points. There are no limbs on north side of this tree due to close proximity of surrounding trees. Work being carried out to remove excess weight to reduce risk of failure of this unbalanced one-sided tree.

    11 VALLEY ROAD, CHANDLER'S FORD, EASTLEIGH, SO53 1GQ

1 No. Oak (297-E) - Remove growth from trunk to height 3m. Growth consists of five lateral branches all from the south west side of the Oak's trunk. This will rebalance the oak's previous shape, restore its historical crown height (~5m from ground level), increase light and prevent low branch obstruction.

    17 FOREST CLOSE, CHANDLER'S FORD, EASTLEIGH, SO53 1NB

1no. Silver Birch (T1) - Dismantle the to ground level. Replant with new Silver Birch as like-for-like replacement. Tree is in decline and is shedding significant deadwood from canopy. Main stem has an old major pruning/wound point with significant dysfunction and deterioration around the union. Remaining upright stem originates above this compromised area, creating potential structural weak point. The pronounced change in stem direction also places additional mechanical loading and leverage on weakened section, particularly during high winds.
