70 PINE ROAD, CHANDLER'S FORD, EASTLEIGH, SO53 1JT
1no. Oak (T1) – Crown Reduction. Reduce crown by approx. 2m, pruning back to suitable growth points and retaining a natural and balanced crown structure. The tree is showing signs of crown dieback, including dead and dying branch tips. The proposed reduction will reduce the extent of the affected crown, reduce the potential for deadwood to fall and allow the tree to be maintained at a more manageable size. The works will be undertaken selectively to retain suitable live growth and promote growth and a healthy, balanced crown structure.

3no. Oak - Prune the branches on the property side by 1-2m. Remove 2 damaged branches. The works are very basic in nature - the over-riding objective is to trim circa 1-2 metres from the Oak Tree branches that have grown towards the property. The acorns now drop onto parked cars in the drive and droppings from the birds perched on the overhanging branches fall onto cars and, when windy, blow onto windows and the porch. There are two medium sized (low hanging) branches that are damaged and would benefit from removal before winter. The overall appearance will be unchanged, this is solely trimming growth from the last couple of years.
