Proposal
The current windows are a silver coloured metal, but the replacement frames will be made of wood and will be painted white. They will be sash and case - the more common style of the neighbourhood. The astragals will also be wooden and painted white. Dimensions will remain the same, as will opening method, orientation, pain colour etc.
