Proposal
Changes proposed as follows: 1. Overall footprint remains the same, but the internal flat arrangements have been amended to ensure the flats stack up the entire building to improve buildability. 2. Floor plan changes to reflect current building standards and RSL design guide equirements. 3. Cycle and refuse storage have been reconfigured, to ensure the refuse storage meets current Council requirements. 4. Minor amendments to window positions to reflect floor plan changes. 5. Window cills have been raised to omit infill panels to ensure safe window cleaning is permitted. 6. PV panel provision on roof has been increased to meet current energy requirements. Drawings affected are - 04B, 10B, 11A, 12A, 13A, 14A, 15B and 37A.
