Planning application
132A Broomfield Road Chelmsford CM1 1RN
Works: Trees
Withdrawn before a decision, so it carries no planning weight. A revised scheme can be submitted at any time.
Proposal
T2 - Cedar - front garden - fell to ground level. Reasons: Recent wind damage resulted in significant failure of several branches. This has further caused the tree to become unstable. Concerns for the angle of growth of the tree and proximity to footpath and road being a danger to life. Replacement tree not proposed as would provide no benefit.
