Remove deadwood over 30mm diameter retaining deadwood that is supporting limbs which may fail as a result of its removal. In these cases, deadwood will be shortened where appropriate. Reason: To maintain a crown clearance over the road of 5 metres, and over the path of 3 metres from ground level to maintain suitable clearance over the public rights of way.All pruning cuts to be made to appropriate growing points to leave a naturally flowing line.
