  The proposal is to install under-floor heating throughout the ground floor. There are four types of floors coverings currently in exclusive areas; 1. tiles of heritage quality, 2. original wood boards, 3. painted limecrete floor and 4. modern tiles over concrete. Areas 1, 2 & 3 would have a dry-installed underfloor heating system comprising of insulation, pipes, and screed under tiles. Original tiles would be cleaned and recycled.
