    Scholar's Tree, reduce crown by 2-3m and remove deadwood. Whilst most of the tree trunk is in the garden of number 39 Rathmore rd, most of the branches overhang number 37. This is because there is a large silver birch competing at the side of number 39. The tree has not been pruned for several years and here is a lot of deadwood - in windy weather, dead and live branches fall on our garden.
