  I wish to fell the bay laurel tree in the north-east corner of my garden as it is not an appropriate species for a garden of this size, is damaging the adjacent brick wall and shading parts of my garden as well as that of my neighbours at number 73. I have discussed this application with them and they would have no objection to the removal of the tree.

It is a very tall tree for the confined space that it is in.
