Please Refer to attached sketch plan: T1 Elm : Cut back branches on the south side of the tree to the boundary wall (approximately 2m), removing only secondary branches to keep wound size to a minimum. The reason for the proposed work is to provide sufficient clearance to the neighbouring flats, prevent Squirrels getting into the flats and to allow more light to the flats. To view the tree please contact Sue Rubinstine of 20 Clifton Terrace. Details are found in the trees ownership section.

Back Garden Rear Boundary T1 - Ash Fell tree to as low as can be reasonably cut. Apply systemic herbicide to stump to prevent re-growth. Medium sized Ash which sits atop a raised area. The tree is of poor form, large cavity at 3m on SW side. Multiple unidentified brackets on lowest stem to the NE. A crack has also been identified on the face of the small retaining wall. Unfortunately, the tree is posing too much of a health and safety risk to the occupier and residents of the surrounding area, removal will abate this risk.
