T1: Whitebeam, Sorbus aria Specimen is located in the front garden, close to the house & is presently touching the house with some of its branches - Reduce crown by up to 2m, (to a finished height of approximately 6/7m and branch spread of approximately 5m) - Ensure 1.5m clearance from the built structure of the house T2 - T4: Sycamore, Acer pseudoplatanus 3 self-seeded specimens located in the front garden immediately adjacent to the boundary all - Fell to as near to ground level as is possible - Poison stumps with Eco-plugs T5: Holly, Ilex aquifolium Specimen is small & is located in the rear garden, in the side passage area - Lower height by 1m - Trim using hedge trimmers and create a Holly bush T6: Holly, Ilex aquifolium Specimen is larger & is located in the rear garden, on a bank. - Fell to as near to ground level as is possible T7: Apple, Malus spp. Specimen is located in the rear of the rear garden - Reshape crown into an 'umbrella shape' by removing individual branches from the top of the crown, (by up to 2m), whilst retaining lower branches as they are

We get this done every two years, the reduction will be back to the previous height/width, circa 8m tall and 4m wide. It is currently overhanging 34 Princes Road significantly. Tree surgeons have been contacted and will be selected, either Sussex Tree Care or Southern Tree Works. Both forsee no issues and could see previous reduction/coppicing points back to which we'd like it cut. Midterrace house so cuttings will be taken through the house and chipped and removed.
