Application for deed of variation to section 106 agreement 2nd June 2006 relating to the former Elstow storage depot and associated land. section 106 agreement is linked to outline planning permissions reference 99/01645/OUT (Bedford Borough Council) and 99/01694/OUT (Central Bedfordshire Council) both dated 2 June 2006. further planning permissions were granted by the two councils 11/01380/M73 (granted by Bedford Borough Council 6 July 2012) and CB/11/02182/VOC (granted by Central Bedfordshire Council on 4 July 2012). Requested amendments as follows: Affordable housing requirement to not less than 25%, make any associated updates necessary to enable delivery of a fully affordable scheme on this parcel, amend the out-of-date definition of affordable housing and remove requirement for Bedford Borough Council to nominate purchasers for the shared ownership units. (wixams parcel 3.2 (North) land lying South West of Bedford Road, Elstow, linked to Reserved Matters planning application no 24/02019/MAR)
