Requested amendments as follows: Affordable housing requirement to not less than 25%, make any associated updates necessary to enable delivery of a fully affordable scheme on this parcel, amend the out-of-date definition of affordable housing and remove requirement for Bedford Borough Council to nominate purchasers for the shared ownership units.
