Proposal

Erection of Single storey rear extension and single storey side extension to add a ground floor WC. Installation of rooflights to ground and first floor roof. Replace mock Bath stone facade with new Bath stone cladding front and rear; render side elevations, timber cladding detail, including external insulation to the new cladding systems. Replacing existing windows and doors with black metal frames. Front garage to have timber cladding with hidden garage door. Roof finished in slate with embedded flush solar panels. Convert the rear of the pool house into habitable social space with new glazing. New split-level terrace wrapping around the house and extending to the pool house. Erection of storage structures to replace existing shed. Erection of greenhouse.
