Discharge of Condition 5 of previously approved application LA06/2023/1513/F which states:- Within one month of the extension becoming operational, an additional noise survey and verification report shall be submitted to an approved in writing by the Council. This report shall confirm the specification of all plant associated with the extension and any associated noise attenuation measures included. It shall confirm that the combined rating level of plant and equipment associated with the proposed extension in relation to current background sound levels at all nearby receptors as specified in table 6 of the Noise Impact Assessment Report. The specific noise level from any plant/ equipment shall be rated to include a correction for tonal, impulsive noise or any other features that draw attention to it in accordance with BS4142:2014.     Discharge of Condition 8 of Planning Approval: LA06/2019/0634/F - The drainage assessment states that it is proposed to attenuate more than the 30 year event in the drainage network. Therefore, prior to the commencement of any development hereby permitted, a final drainage assessment, containing a detailed drainage network design and compliant with Annex D of PPS 15 must be submitted to the Council for its consideration and written approval; or written confirmation from NIW stating that they will adopt a drainage network that will attenuate the 1 in 100 year storm event.

These measures shall be implemented, and a final archaeological report shall be submitted to the Council within 12 months of the completion of archaeological site works, or as otherwise agreed in writing with the Council. Submitting a POW report which states discovery that there was an archaeological evaluation carried out in 2017 across the site which didn’t encounter any archaeology. This should mean no further archaeological works are required on site
