Discharge of Conditions 8 and 26 of planning approval LA06/2024/0623/F which state: Condition 8: Prior to the construction of the drainage network, a final Drainage Assessment, compliant with Policy FLD 3 and Annex D of PPS 15, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council.
