The final CEMP should be submitted to and approved by the council in writing and should contain a method of works for the site where the bridge is being replaced. 5. Further detail shall be included in the final CEMP regarding the collection, control and treatment of surface water discharge during the construction phase. 6. Direct reference to the Control of Pollution (oil Storage) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 shall be made in the final CEMP with details of how the activities will comply with the oil storage regulations.
