Decided Amber Valley TRE/2024/0462 Trees

Works: Trees

Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.

Proposal

T912: Lime - Remove tree due to fungal fruiting body on north aspect of main stem at 3m. Tree is close to river edge and neighboring land to the north. T913: Alder - Remove tree due to multiple fungal fruiting bodies at base (x4) on northern aspect. Tree is close to river edge and neighboring land. The homeowner would like these trees removed to eliminate the risk of future failure due to the presence of Ganoderma, and subsequently remove the need for annual monitoring of these two trees.
