Copper beech ? as identified on the attached arboriculture report and supplementary tree location plan at 8 Burland Green Lane, Weston Underwood, DE6 4PF. Lawful Development (permitted following application AVA/2025/0778) within the root protection area of a tree protected by TPO which may require severance of minor roots, as described within the attached Arboriculture Method Statement information. The proposed works comprise installation of ground-screw foundations for the garden room, in accordance with the submitted foundation layout, installation details and Arboriculture Method Statement. The method includes repositioning or bridging to avoid roots where required, with arboriculture advice sought if roots exceeding 25 mm diameter are encountered. The reason for the works is to provide foundations for the development covered by AVA/2025/0778 while minimising disturbance to the retained tree and its roots.
