    T1 Yew - Fell to ground level and grind out stump 150-200mm below ground level, remove all arisings. Tree is dying back. Historic drainage problems have been reported by the residents to a main sewer pipe feeding the bungalows within the development. Roots where reported to be blocking the clay pot drains. S1 Ash stump - Grind out Stump 150-200mm below ground level T2 Common Horse chestnut - Fell to ground level and grind out stump 150-200mm below ground level, remove all arisings. Tree is severely dying back and already 60-70% dead. T3 Yew - Crown Lift to provide 2-2.5 metres clearance from structure. Justification - to allow clearances between building roof and tree.
