    1. Following a site visit to No 26a The Orchard, Belper and the grounds of Osmaston Grange it is noted that the group of trees located to the bottom of the site and that border Charnwood Ave and The Orchard have become over grown with lots of small self-set trees on the boundary line and the mature trees either touching the building of Osmaston Grange or over hanging the gardens of the neighbouring properties. Propose to :- 1. Bring any branches touching the care home building back away from it by 2m. 2. Thin the group by taking out any self-set trees <75mm. 3. Lift the canopy of the group that is over hanging the neighbouring properties by 4m. 4. 1. Following a site visit to No. 17 Charnwood Ave, Belper and the grounds of Osmaston Grange it is noted that the large multi stemmed Ash tree that is over hanging the care home and the garden of No.17 is in poor condition and showing signs of Ash Dieback and some decay at the base. The tree has had several large limbs already fail and as the die back progresses it would make the branch structure become more brittle. The tree is best visited form 17 Charnwood as free access is available.

    TRE/2021/0904 Submitted 4 Feb 2021 105m away

The application is to apply for the removal of a single, large overgrown Holly tree at the front of the property (107 Penn Street, Belper, DE56 1GH) The tree is approximately 20 feet in height. The tree is interfering with the internet lines and to our and the neighboring properties. Our neighbor is unable to have a line connected due to the size of the tree. We aim to remove this tree, as it will repeatedly cause this issue when new growth occurs. The tree is located to the left side of the property. (If standing looking toward the property) Additionally the tree is very close to the property and may be responsible to causing damage to windows and stonework at the front of the property.
