Reuse and rebranding of the existing illuminated hanging signage on the front elevation of Z Hotel Covent Garden. Lettering, reading "Z HOTELS, COVENT GARDEN"and ?INOGO CAFE?, made in 1.2mm brushed stainless steel, finished with a brass lacquer colour, mounted on minimal pins.

Amendments to planning permission dated 12 September 2016 (RN:16/04327/FULL) for the use of the basement, part ground and upper floors as a hotel (Use Class C1) including ancillary café use and reception at ground floor level. Alterations at roof level including the erection of a single storey extension, creation of roof terraces, installation of plant equipment within an enclosure and installation of photovoltaic panels. Refurbishment and alterations of the buildings including re-introduction of three windows to Inigo Place façade, alterations to windows and doors and associated works; NAMELY, to alter the lower section of the shopfront by replacing the existing hardwood windows and stall risers with hardwood sliding windows and stall risers (painted in grey to match No. 33).
