Majority of the land west of the proposed dwellings is proposed for POS and BNG enhancements, in excess of policy, with permeability created via a footpath link between the proposed development and Norby Park to the west. Access proposed off the adopted Shire Road to the north, with foul and surface water drainage solutions considered. Historic pre-app for the site in September 2023.
