Section 73 application to vary condition(s) 2 (Approved plans) and 3 (During builing works) of CRAZA25/27485/HH for householder permission for a single-storey extension. Following the original approval (ZA25/27485/HH), subsequent design development has led to proposed alterations to the external appearance of the single-storey extension. The applicant wishes to amend the front elevation to feature random stone with stone quoins, alongside adjustments to the roof fenestration (the removal of one previously approved rafterline rooflight and the introduction of one new rootlight). As these alterations represent material changes to the approved scheme, we are seeking to vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans) and Condition 3 (Materials) to formally capture the updated design.
