  We have previously communicated by email and phone to discuss the requirements to re-provide the boundary treatments adjacent to the public highway. The customer has spent a substantial amount of money on landscaping their garden and they would like to keep it in the best possible condition. They also just want to make sure that the tree does not become a nuisance or danger in the future. They like the tree but just down want it to become a nuisance to them.
