Works: Trees
Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.
Proposal
Fell conifers in rear garden due to damage being caused to the retaining wall and risk of root plate failure. Further in relation to the conifers at the front of the property next to the boundary line to reduce their height by approximately 50% to mitigate wind loading and reduce pressure on the retaining wall. There is also a self-set oak tree in a walked area that will be reduced back to the boundary line with the residential home.
