Leylandii trees situated close to each other to the front causing damage to retaining wall adjacent pavement and other defects to walls of dwelling proposed to be removed and stumps ground out as verbally agreed with LPA Tree Officer at site meeting. Pollard and reduce in height, approx. 25%, 1no. leaning mature poplar tree in the rear garden which has overhanging branches into the neighbouring garden, causing an unwanted nuisance with our neighbour. Again, work as verbally agreed with LPA Tree Officer. Applicant, who is a practicing structural engineer, carried out site meeting and inspection with Mr. Clifford Webb, Tree Officer, Wolverhampton City Council on 29.6.2026 agreeing the above work.

Tree Work Proposals The Small Rear Tree identified by the site sketch and photographs (believed to be a species of Alder) is blocking the shared rear vehicular drive for larger vehicles and obstructs the rear access to the adjoining property both as shown by the photographs. This tree is poor wild growth and keeps growing outward into the rear shared drive and into the adjoining property (No 9 Park Dale West) which property has a similar plot shape and size. It is proposed to remove this tree. The Birch Tree identified by the site sketch and photographs keeps dropping leaves into the main roof level valley gutter which it nears and blocking this valley gutter. This tree is very close to the boundary with the adjoining property (No 9 Park Dale West) into which it?s branches also grow. It is proposed to prune down this tree to below the level of the valley gutter or remove this tree. It is proposed to plant a new year old tree to the front garden (a Yew Tree or similar species).
