Proposal

There is a Lime tree at the front of the car at the Newhampton Road Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. The tree has alot of lower epicormic growth that grows accross the vehicular entrance to the carpark. Please can we have continual permission to remove the epicormic growth up to 6m as and when it is necessary to do. Please note that the crown of the tree is above 6m so will not impact the asthetics of the tree in the surrounding area.
