Proposal
All trees and vegetation to be removed in Group 1 and 2 on information supplied. There are 2 Beech trees at this location with TPO but both are no longer there apart from both the visible tree stumps that can be seen from front and back of area. A 2 metre strip has already been removed but now insurance company wants all remaining trees and vegetation removed.

The customer has spent a substantial amount of money on landscaping their garden and they would like to keep it in the best possible condition. They also just want to make sure that the tree does not become a nuisance or danger in the future. They like the tree but just down want it to become a nuisance to them.
