This is due to lowest branches over neighbours sheds causing damage and complaints. lowest ring of branches to be removed leaving the tree looking more symmetrical. Earlier this year storm damaged branches had to been removed from tree please see pictures.

Oak Tree - Reduce crown over boundary by up to 2m. The tree is blocking light into the residents garden and is also dropping leaves and branches onto their lawn. The customer has spent a substantial amount of money on landscaping their garden and they would like to keep it in the best possible condition. They also just want to make sure that the tree does not become a nuisance or danger in the future. They like the tree but just down want it to become a nuisance to them.
