T1 - London Plane - Root prune at the position noted in the photographs in Appendix 3 (see accompanying report). Pruning a 69mm diameter root, leaving a lateral 27mm diameter root, using a sharp saw. A 650mm depth root barrier should be installed at the point of pruning to prevent further ingress roots within the property particularly close to the house.
