Forty Four Club Spring Road Wolverhampton West Midlands WV4 6LQ

Tree on land of the 44 club, behind 15 and 16 Wood Street. I am unsure of the species of the tree but I would like to crown reduction to a height of 8 metres above ground level, and crown thinning of 25%. On a call with the tree protection officer, I was advised to put in a planning application so the officer could come and check to see if there was in fact a preservation order against this specific tree as it doesn't show on the current TPO map, but there is some historic orders in the area.

Hornbeam 1 (H1) Reduce the overall crown by approximately 50%, comprising a reduction of up to 4 metres in height and up to 5 metres from the lateral crown spread. Prune back branches extending towards or over neighbouring properties to provide up to approximately 1 metre clearance from the property boundaries, including if this requires a lateral reduction greater than 5 metres. Retain a balanced form where possible given the tree's existing irregular/misgrown form. Remove epicormic growth from the base and lower stems up to approximately 2 metres above ground level. Hornbeam 2 (H2) Remove epicormic growth from the base and lower stem up to approximately 2.5 metres above ground level. Prune back branches on the garage side to provide approximately 1 metre clearance from the building, maintaining the overall form of the tree.

Oak Tree - Reduce crown over boundary by up to 2m. The tree is blocking light into the residents garden and is also dropping leaves and branches onto their lawn. The customer has spent a substantial amount of money on landscaping their garden and they would like to keep it in the best possible condition. They also just want to make sure that the tree does not become a nuisance or danger in the future. They like the tree but just down want it to become a nuisance to them.
