Prune by the removal of secondary branches to appropriate pruning points only, to provide, as far as possible, a 2m locus of clearance from any part of the wall or roof line of the bungalow and 30 Woodcote Road. Crown lift by the removal of secondary branches only to provide a maximum of 3 metres clearance above the pavement and front garden of 30 Woodcote Road. Reason(s): Prune to provide clearance for the front of property and highway and to reduce risk from falling branches. Detailed works proposal agreed on site with applicant on 05/02/21
