Application to vary condition 2 of planning consent 221016 for the proposed erection of a single storey rear extension to include 1no roof lantern and erection of two storey garage to the side of the property to include 2no dormers, following demolition of the existing detached garage. Condition 2 relates to the approved details and the variation is to increase the ridge height of the garage and change the size and design of the rear dormer windows, plus a reduction in the width of the garage door and changes to the rear fenestration of the garage.
