Tree 015 : mixed species group - Crown lift to a height of 6m from ground level over Lower Guildford road, Crown lift to a height of 4m over alleyway from Lower Guildford Road to site, Cut back all low-level vegetation along public foot path along Lower Guildford Road to a height of 4m, Cut back from street lights to give 1.5m clearance. Tree 014 : Oak - reduce lateral branches overhanging garden back approx 2-3m to suitable growth points. Trees 018 and 019 : Chestnut, hazel, Beech - Reduce back approx 1-1.5m over hanging the back gardens of the following address (vegetation back to near fence line) 47,48,49,50,51.

(T1) : Fagus sylvatica - Crown Reduction (lateral aspect only) remove a number of lateral branches on the south-western aspect of the crown, specifically those that overhang the roof of Hollybank House, pruned back to the property boundary line. No reduction in the overall height of the tree is sought. All cuts to be made at a natural branch union or node, in full compliance with BS 3998:2010. The specific cut points are indicated by red markers on the photograph at Section 7 (Photo 1 / IMG_0584). Four branch junctions are marked at approximately 5 to 8 metres above ground level, where lateral branches cross the boundary and bear over the roof. Estimated removal approximately 20 to 25% of the leaf area on the south-western lateral aspect only. The remainder of the crown the majority of the tree will be entirely undisturbed.
