In order for the loft rooms to be workable, it is necessary to raise the existing maximum height of the ridge. This application proposes a revised set of drawings for approval which include the higher roof height - these should be substituted in place of the plans referenced in Condition 2. The proposals have been kept as closely as possible to the original planning approval and with particular attention to keeping the front elevation, onto Wintershill, intact - as this best represents the original cottage.
